Is shipping of items free?
We offer free shipping on all orders above $70 (~250 NIS). Please note that the eligibility for free shipping will be calculated after accounting for discounts and promotions (if applicable)
Do you have a return policy?
All items purchased are eligible to be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase, but they must be unused and in the same condition as received. For more information please refer to our "Return & Refund Policy" page
Are international orders eligible for refunds?
International orders are not eligible for refunds
Are promoted items or items on discount eligible for a refund?
Products that are on sale or promotion cannot be returned and refunded
Can products be exchanged/replaced?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged item and we will be happy to help you process the replacement
How can I cancel my order?
You will be able to cancel your order as long as it has not been fulfilled and shipped yet. If you wish to cancel your order after placement, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation request and we will verify if we are still able to process your request. We are unable to cancel any orders after they have been processed and shipped
What shall I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you received a damaged item and you need to exchange it, please send us an email at email@example.com with your cancellation request and we will be happy to help you process the replacement
